Merrimack County Savings Bank Privacy Notice

Protecting your privacy is important to Merrimack County Savings Bank and our employees. We want you to understand how we gather, use and safeguard information about you to provide you with our products and services.   • To third parties that perform services for the bank or that function on the bank's behalf. These may include firms that assist us with mailing activities and firms that assist us in marketing our products.
  • To other financial institutions with whom we jointly market financial products or services, such as mutual funds, securities and insurance products, certificates of deposit, and alternative education loan products. The information we may share is limited to information we receive from you on applications or other account forms, and information about your transactions with us, as previously described.
  • To other third parties as permitted by law or required by law, such as the transmission of information to a consumer reporting agency or responding to a subpoena.


If you decide to close your account(s) or are no longer an active customer, we will retain your records for as long as required by law. We will continue to treat your non-public personal information as described in this notice, as amended from time to time.

Our Security Procedures

We restrict access to your non-public personal information to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in accordance with federal regulations to protect such information.

From time to time, we may update or amend this notice and will notify you of those changes as required by law. Copies of this notice are available at any branch.
